If you mean "me" by "he", what on earth are you talking about?

where Screenshots are put, by default, on an Android device, even one that
has an external SD card (where, in my case, that card can hold orders of
magnitude more data than can the internal memory).

Since I am of at least average intelligence, I comprehend that
o Android stores Screenshots in the internal memory (under "Pictures").
o Android does NOT store Screenshots on the external SD card, by default.

What part of _that_ understanding are you implying I don't comprehend?

Being of average intelligence, I comprehend your words, but being of
average intelligence, I don't _see_ anything in your words which will allow
the user to change an Android setting, that will store just the Screenshots
on the SD card.

Are you implying that you've told me where those missing settings lie?
If so, tell me again so that _everyone_ benefits (not just me).

The point is that you may hate me because I speak facts, but you have to
admit that this problem I will solve will then apply to _anyone_ who wants
to store their Screenshots on the external SD card.

And that's always the underlying goal - to help everyone in every thread.

As I've said, I'm of average intelligence and hence there is nothing you or
anyone on this newsgroup can say that I don't understand.

Meanwhile, there is a _lot_ that I say, that a _lot_ of people clearly
don't understand. Case in point, Diesel responded to my post with exactly
the answer I asked people _not_ to respoond with, since we all know
o That you can *move* the Screenshots after the fact (duh), and, 
o that Screenshot addons exist that store Screenshots where you want them

Since those two workarounds _always_ existed, this question asked people to
not respond to those two workarounds.

Only an intelligent person will have the answer to my question, Frank.
You imply you're intelligent - but yet - I see no answers.

If you've already provided that answer, as you clearly imply, then I wager
there isn't a _single_ person on this newsgroup who can _point_ to that
answer (other than perhaps you).

I doubt, though, that even you can point to the answer to this question:
