No, Flake was one of the 11. He had threatened not to vote for Kavanaugh but 
Grassley apparently had enough of that crap and went ahead with the vote 
anyhow. Flake caved. Now it's to the full Senate and Flake made the same 
threat and McConnell has the power there — and he's a balless wonder. 
Meanwhile Flake had gotten hold of his fellow flake "Republican" Senators in 
Alaska and Maine, and they all decided they wouldn't vote for Kavanaugh 
without the bullshit FBI investigation. What it amounts to is that the 
Senate has Republican majority in name, but in reality it has Democrat 
majority. Except the "Republican" Democrats have to pretend to be 
Republicans to get re-elected at home. Our Republican senators are a bunch 
of gutless wonders.
