I use the app Blacklist Plus. Stops all rings except those in my contact
list. (Can be set to let them go to Voice mail but in my experience most
junk calls don't-YMMV.) A list of all blocked calls are available in the
app. You have settings for time scheduling, blocking mode, hang up or
mute, block SMS or not, notifications, and a whitelist.

It's not for those who expect a lot of strange calls (not in contact
list) but for me it's perfect. I average 2 junk calls a day and my phone
remains silent. Love this app.
