This makes me think. Assuming the electron clouds are spinning at c (?) at 
the quantum level, is beaten by a lower macro speed (momentum). The 
particles touch each other and not annihilate. Interesting to build a 
model and investigate what happens interfacing the two. Pure multi-physics.
