The yellow isn't the point.
The lack of free public school buses is the point.

The only free public school buses here in the Silicon Valley that I know of
are for the special-needs kids.

A quick search comes up with this, but I'm not saying that's the reason
since I don't know why there are no public school buses in any town I've
lived in Silicon Valley.

So they "exist" but not in any town that I know of in the Silicon Valley
(where if they exist in the Silicon Valley towns, let me know which ones).

NOTE: The point isn't the color of the bus, nor that buses exist, but that
the school district doesn't provide free bus service for ANY kids other
than the special-needs kids. That's a fact.
