No, "plutonium" would be the proper unit name for failure.
Most SI derived units are the last name of someone significant in that
field with the first letter lowercased. "newton" for force for Newton,
"henry" for Joseph Henry. Sometimes modified somewhat, "volt" for Volta.
So the most logical unit for failure should be the "plutonium", named
for the person who produced so much failure here.
