I think he mentioned 100% efficient before wrt limits, well, so be it. He also said that the only thing in the natural universe that can match something like the alien reactor is a black hole. Something like 115 being bombarded thus morphing it into 116 that decays into anti-matter and a gravity wave that can be radically amplified. Earth does not have the necessary element 115 naturally occurring within itself. However, some binary star systems posses planets with 115 naturally occurring.
