There is a search going on today for the Marek Novotny Linux scripts for
VPN drop protection on the Windows 10 newsgroup today:

The question is whether Marek's wonderful network-testing scripts to test
for VPN being still established and then to drop the network of the VPN
fails, will work on Windows 10 in the new Bash Shell. 

Anyone know? 
His Github account listed in the scripts doesn't seem to be working.
