No need to.  While there may be some decrease in "libido" and motile sperm
count amongst a population, there are many more weaknesses that we tolerate
and, indeed, try to fix, and they don't significantly lower the birth rate.

At best, you're taking some minor trends and making them out to be
a disaster.
