Try searching this in Google - laserjet 1320 windows 8 duplex -.
It appears there is a problem with the drivers for Vista, Win7 and Win 8 for 
this printer when duplexing and there are several possible fixes. I suggest you 
look at the win 7 fixes as well as win 8.
If no luck try asking HP, if they tell you it is a Microsoft issue then they 
are mistaken. HP writes the drivers that come with the Microsoft operating 
systems; the same is true for all printer manufacturers.
