Indeed i have Gary, and do claim so again right now eh!

Certainly NOT Gary, light travels at a speed appropriate to
and RELATIVE TO, the "medium", and at the MACROSCOPIC scale,
that's what happens.

Maxwell's primary example of a medium for electromagnetic waves WAS 
"air". Read his "treatise on Electricity and Magnetism" Gary. You
will see i am right.
