Gold medals: 147. Silver medals: 33. Bronze medals: 6. Honourable

And Republic of Korea ranked first in International Mathematical 
Olympiad of 2017

Here is the results of Republic of Korea:

First participation: 1988.
Number of participations: 30.
Gold medals: 70. Silver medals: 67. Bronze medals: 27. Honourable 
mentions: 7.
