It didn't because it wasn't operating at the time

Wrong with Malaysian radar, they just didn't tell
anyone that until long after is was gone

Doesn't explain why Malaysian radar saw it come back at a low
level over Malaysia later or why bits of the plane were found on
the beaches of Reunion Island and Mozambique

None of it was identified as coming from the specific plane,
unlike what was found in the southern indian ocean

basis and gave up in Jan this  year
