C&W were generally a good supplier as they had a large business 
infrastructure so their install and maintenance quality was (IME) 
quite good.

My area was Bell Cablemedia and also had good install standards.

I think most of the complaint issues come from areas using using 
landline broadband rather than true (co-ax) cable.
