I 100nF di solito sono ceramici o multistrato e non sono soggetti a 
rotture a meno che non si abbiano sovratensioni.
Non lo ritengo il caso perche' se fosse cosi' avresti la scheda disastrata.
Molto piu' facile che sia C2 ad avere problemi, se e' vero che trovi 
0ohm su C3.
Le misure, comunque sono abbastanza strane e forse sono dovute al fatto 
che misuri i componenti montati sulla scheda.
