That is correct, absolutely.

One of the first things they teach in the computer science
curriculum is how to WRITE A COMPILER.  Indeed, that's why
tools such at GNU Flex and Bison exist.  They allow the creation
of a unique language compiler.

The true programmer often invents his own language to suit
his own purposes.

That's because true programming is NOT about writing code.
The true programmer applies the principles of computer science
and even invents his own coding language to apply them.

There are PROGRAMMERS and there are CODERS.

Which one are you?
