agree.

making SDCar more intellegent w more sensors etc, more algorithums etc 
will increase the probability of failure, a well known fact in 
Reliability Engineering, and can be specifically calculated.

agree.
most carry a high power laser for imaging, rangefinding, and the last I 
heard, Googles cost $50,000 (laser only)  operates at 905 nm I think. it 
is not eye safe within 3 foot.
