Here are some solid clues:

sprintf(dname,"%s",data[i][1]);
sprintf(uname,"%s",data[0][1]);
i++

I usually do, but I figured you guys would spot the issue easily.

I do it like this:

includes
defines
declarations (sometimes)
functions
main

Isn't that the "standard" order?
