If you have a web browser that doesn't shackle you, select menu-path
View / Style / User mode.

Otherwise, copy and paste the text into a text editor.

It is disgusting that so many mindless punks think that making their
web pages scarcely legible is "kewl".

They care only about the look, not the readability.  In this they
are quite similar to chimpanzees.
