The story goes that Taylor, whose previous husband Mike Todd had been killed in a plane crash, went on a deliberate prowl and grabbed off Fisher -- why Fisher, damn if I know -- and when a columnist reproved her for it, said "What do you expect me to do, sleep alone?"
