No, what you are writing is more like "rocks evaporate when left out in the sun on a hot day and later the rock vapor condenses and rocks fall back to the ground, completing the cycle". Only problem is that rocks don't evaporate. And there is no rock vapor in the air to condense back into rocks that fall back to earth.
