The probability decay in QM is exponential.  The value of the
wave amplitude on Mars would be on the order of 1E-1000000000000000
(i.e. 10^-10000000000000000) which to all beings except an idiot
is equal to ZERO.

If we sample the phase space trajectory of a double (or triple, or ...)
at uniform intervals we will obtain perfectly "random" results.
