The two tablets here have 16 GB and 14.4 GB free, and they handle 
Windows monthly updates without an issue.  You can also use an external 
USB driver, or possibly SD card, with the Media Creation Tool:

   https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

for a bigger upgrade like the Anniversary Edition.
