Because they only appear as nonsense to indoctrinated people who have an 
aversion to truth.

Again, that is only nonsense to those who shudder at the thought that

Well in actaul fact they are not really 'waves' but regular spatial 
features.

Your definition of 'wavelength' is the cause of your persistent error. 
You are defining it as "the distance a 'light particle' moves in one of 
ITS CYCLES". That means it is frame dependent...and naturally you will 
get no phase shift with your flawed analysis.

Light is not a particle and it has no frequency. In BaTh, the wavelength 
of monochromatic light is absolute and frame independent.

That means the phasing is entirely dependent on path length differences.
That is a simple concept ...and one that produces the correct, 
experimentally proven answer.

Simple, isn't it?

Einstein's photons have terrific imagination! They seem to know where
