Idiot! The wavelength shift IS the indication of source acceleration at 
the time of emission. The escaping light will also slow down 
dramatically under gravity...and that also causes ADoppler.

Clever little fellow! That is correct. the wavelengths change during the 
speed change..... But do gratings OUTSIDE the ISS measure Doppler shifts?

Idiot! Those experiments all used interferometry, not clocks. 
Interferometry is NOT sensitive to light speed.
