It is not bizarre, It is perfectly simple and straightforward. The path 
lengths are different during rotation and they change only during an 
acceleration. Wavelength is the same (think 'relative to the source' if 
you like) in both rays.

You completely misinterpret the animation. It shows how a 'photon' would 
experience the phase of the 'wavelengths' that are already in existence.

nonsense. It assumes that light moves at c relative to its source and 
that wavelength is absolute.

Having such a low IQ, you Einstein worshippers all have trouble 
visualizing what happens in the ring, ie., sending moving objects around 
a rotating torus. You cannot get into your head that the path lengths 
are different irrespective of the common speed of the objects...mainly 
because you keep jumping into the rotating frame.

You are an idiot...a really hopeless case.... If anything, the bottom 
one represents the BaTh concept.... and why do you the hell does your 
satellite run slap bang into the Earth? It is traveling around the 
Earth, you know. Can't you program properly?
