Crap. What they call the Sagnac correction is really a correction for c+v.

his theory said.

The Earth isn't surrounded by Einstein's imaginary aether. All GPS 
signals move at c relative to their source. There is no other speed 
reference.

BaTh has never been falsified. Einstein's aether theory that he 
plagiarized almost word for word from Poincare,  cannot exist without an 
aether...and there isn't one.
