We should all be immensely thankful for the existence
of GNU/Linux, the greatest OS in the history of mankind.

GNU/Linux liberates the user from the outrageous proscriptions
of commercial software and it returns the art of computing
to the freedom and purity of former times.

For these great accomplishments, we express a hearty thankfulness
to GNU/Linux.
