FASM code to format a default minimum 1 MB exFAT image including your 
customized boot code.
Can also be used to add customized boot code to an exFAT formatted device.
All parameters are customizable.
Assembles the required checksums and duplicate boot sector region.
Includes the standard compressed wide character unicode upcase table binary.
An example boot code template file and binary are also included.
