A lot of languages copied C's {,} brace style. So they all look like C
at first glance. (Although oddly, C itself does not always insist on them.)
This is all great if you're a fan of {,}. If not then it's a little
depressing as eventually all languages will use {,}, and not just
because you can't tell which is which!
