You can blame that one on NAFTA, and GATT. After these were formed, then the regulations were piled on deeply to force manufacturers to go to some other country, destroying jobs at home. This then becomes a segue into the elites NWO program where they offer a solution to the problems that they've originally created. The NWO idea is good, but who is going to lead them? Corruption is the head of the snake and it won't be good for anybody.
