Not when you insist calling it a Train driven by wheels. However, yes, I 
can see the alternative, presuming a train driven by something else, IE 
magnetic field propulsion. But here I'm afraid we hit into another similar 
problem. The magnetic charges cannot surpass the Speed of Light, in order 
to deliver the energy to the Train, making it speed up close to C. I 
suspect is again halving to the Speed of Train.

And since you are familiar in tensors, maybe you'll be kind to write down
