If you're talking about the "ordinary spin" of macroscopic objects like 
discs and bricks, then I think your idea is nothing new, and in fact you 
are missing "complex spins" like 1:1.4 and 1:3.53 and 1:0.022 which are 
actually observed in nature.

If you are thinking this has anything to do with quantum mechanical 
spin, though.... no, I don't think this idea is able to demonstrate 
compatibility with observed behavior of atomic systems.

So there's your choice: applies at the macro level but is old news and 
uninteresting; or doesn't apply at the micro level at all.
