Trump will do that in the 3rd debate.  Tactically, it is too early yet.
He just did enough to scare her.

The real sad part is that Wall Street, MSM, and bankers... they are all 
afraid of Trump and what he could do to them once in office.
We need the debt burden on the populace taken away that was created by 
the central bank since 1915.
