It is certainly true that editors exert editorial control over what gets 
published in an editorially-vetted journal. That's their job. And that's 
as it should be.

There are other venues that publish absolutely every submission given to 
them. I understand that you believe ALL publications should be that way, 
but the market says otherwise.
