We should regard even the most advanced humans as being very primitive.
Because we are not biologically equipped to actually SEE fields, we do
not regard them as being material. This is most unscientific.

The reason why some electric charges repel and some attract is either 
because something unknown is going on in the space between them OR our 
whole concept of space is wrong.
