Fuck you, bonehead.

The fault is ALWAYS the hardware manufacturers who will not make
their precious specifications freely available.

But in those cases where specs are freely available, such as
many plug-in audio cards, the GNU/Linux drivers are far superior
to any Microshit/Apphole counterparts.

Obtaining specifications are only half of the battle.  The other
half is writing quality code to make full use of the hardware
potential.  GNU/Linux programmers can far surpass their commercial
cousins in this regard.
