Nearly everyone in the programming industry is able to
judge the true value of these push-button, paint-by-numbers
developers.  That's why there is such a big push for more
H1B visas.  Most companies believe that the 40K they can
pay an Indian "programmer" is much closer to the true value
than the 80K demanded by an American.

Heck!  If I needed some C#/.NET development I would hire
the stupid Girl Scout that lives down the street.  After
a few brief lessons on button pushing and icon clicking,
the little bitch could rival a seasoned Visual Studio/.NET
pro.
