I saw quite a few apps _named_ "my tracks" apps in Google Play. But the name is meaningless. Which simple gpx tracking apps are actually good and which are like a "Pocahontas" kids game, just playing off the name? They only need to do three basic things: 1. Tap start to start - tape stop to stop. 2. Save the track (optionally provide information about the track). 3. Show an underlying topo map (offline is required) MyTracks was simple. It did not have a complex interfact. Does anyone here use a simple tracking interface like MyTracks was? > A search on this group will find a recent discussion. I ran a search before I asked. Maybe my keywords are wrong? https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/comp.mobile.android/my$20tracks%7Csort:relevance Do you know the name or author of the thread?
