The Motorola Moto G #2 offers that as standard. It's a little circle
you can call up and move around with your finger AND it has a sector on
it that you can move around to control exposure. The camera is not
awful, but it's not great either as far as sharpness goes. SOMETIMES
it's very good close up if there's enough light, but distance shots are
frequently disappointing.
