They do this every couple of months, so no hurry. Direct from Ooma it's
$99 plus $10 shipping, and there's probably the same $10 shipping
attached. They gave us the premium service free for a year if we signed
up for a year, and excused the other fees. Maybe they're not as
generous now.

Charter. Internet only. $50/month after haggling. They aren't as
willing to cut the price as they used to be. I don't know hether that's
because AT&T isn't viable competition (costs more for less speed) or

Yes. The base station plugs into the router and the cordless satellites
go wherever you want them. Mainly the bathroom :-(

We bought a variety of cordless phone systems at yard sales. Most of
them worked, they just had unpleasant quirks. We settled on a Panasonic
set, but we recycled other Panasonics.
