nope, perhaps 30% from the inner city carry a chip.
But some are taught in the schools, on the street and at home the reason 
their life is shiksy is because of the white man, and that is not true. 
That kind of thinking relieves them of being responcable for their own 
lives.

you are wrong on that one, it is a policical issue that Obama has used 
since he has been in office. USA was at racial peace before Obama.
