you are on to something there, I think the swelling of his head is in
part caused by too much fat.  That and excessive water vapor.

he has videos on you tubed, and it does show the rest of his self, and 
self drqwn mickey mouse heads as he dribbles on and  on about his 
dehydrated water vapor.

It is a video in fact that is used by the California Mental Health 
Association to stamp McGinn as flipping nuts.
