check your own newsreader on your computer.

  The location of these posts and forum are on over a hundered servers 
worldwide that probagate posts to each other.

So it is impossable to mark and hide a post to all those servers, and 
most do not do that function anyway, it is almost impossable to cancel a 
post from origionater, as you have to get to it fast before it probagates.

Im not sure what Google does, but I dont use their servers for 
newsgroups. I dont think Google would let people hide other peoples posts.
