Anyone else having problems with Access 2016 32 bit on windows 7 professional? an app that runs well on Windows 7 pro and Access 2013 is causing me fits. First, the update queries hang. bypassed them for now. Now a report generator gives an error of "invalid use of . or ! operator. Debug points to me.parent.fieldname which I long used. Tried variations of . and ! without success. Then when I tried to run this part of code again without change, it worked without error. I have copied all the objects into a new, blank MDB. Grrrrr. bob
