Bodkin, I have asked the question. you are obviously having trouble 
understanding it. Let's say there are 1000 teeth on the rack and 10 on 
the pinion.

Bodkin, repeating my question is not answering it. I know the 
answer..you obviously  do not. You probably agree with Poutnik.
