Well, you've given me some info I didn't know about your distinctions between those terms. I think we would call your jam and jelly both jam. So, BrE - AmE: Marmalade - Marmalade Jam - Jam or Jelly Jelly - Jell-O We would use Jelly as part of a compound term such as redcurrant jelly But the word "jelly" on its own would be for your Jell-O.
