1000 loops with 6 string parses per loop?

My original did that in 0.156 seconds.

Maybe.  Your first two examples look nice and tight.

The RegEx thing looks strange, like you hard-coded a few field names. 
In practice, the search looks across: name, street, city, state and zip.
