The situation is that we, the people, vote for MPs an it is their task to
form a Government. We, the people will then watch and see they are doing the
right thing for another term in power at the next election.

Any party leader my say XYZ before the election and zyx after it when the
results are in.

MMP creates uncertanity, but so does the real world.
