Well, that wasn't your assertion. You said that many migrants had been 
educated in English, not that they'd learnt some.

If language is a prime driver, wouldn't it be more natural for, e.g., 
Arabic-speaking migrants to migrate to Arabic-speaking countries?

I know that Germany, under Merkel, welcomed immigration. I understand 
that is now causing problems.
